Proceeds from the sale of convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez’s lavish North Attleboro manse will be held in escrow while a wrongful death lawsuit brought against him by the mother of Odin L. Lloyd wends its way through court, her lawyer said yesterday.
“The case is still pending,” said attorney Douglas K. Sheff, who represents Lloyd’s mother, Ursula Ward. “We are in the midst of compelling discovery. Suffice to say, our client has attached to the house.”
