Donald R. Grady, Jr. is an experienced trial attorney and litigator practicing before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Courts of the State of New York. He has represented injured parties in many areas of law, including medical malpractice, products liability, railroad injuries, and general negligence cases. In addition to his twenty years experience in personal injury matters, Attorney Grady has litigated cases involving contractual disputes, real estate matters, construction disputes, and other business law litigation. He has lectured on the topics of trial technique, trial practice, civil practice, and corporate liability.
