Stephen J. Chiasson is an experienced civil litigation and trial attorney that is admitted to practice in the courts of Massachusetts, California and Michigan. He has an extensive background in serious personal injury litigation with a proven track record in trials in state and federal courts. His experience also includes hundreds of arbitrations and mediations, as well as appellate work.
Mr. Chiasson has achieved excellent results for his clients in a diverse range of litigated matters, including the representation of catastrophically injured persons in cases involving construction accidents, vehicular accidents, and workplace accidents resulting from the use of dangerous and defective machinery. He has also represented clients in intentional tort and employment discrimination cases. He has served as lead counsel in various complex commercial matters and class action litigation, including wage and hour and toxic tort cases.
Mr. Chiasson is a tenacious litigator with the ability to “see the forest from the trees.” He takes a personal interest in his clients and their cases and works tirelessly to achieve the most favorable outcome possible.
