Stephen J. Chiasson is an experienced civil litigation and trial attorney that is admitted to practice in the courts of Massachusetts, California and Michigan. He has an extensive background in serious personal injury litigation with a proven track record in trials in state and federal courts. His experience also includes hundreds of arbitrations and mediations, as well as appellate work.

Over the course of nearly twenty years as an attorney, Mr. Chiasson has achieved excellent results for his clients in a diverse range of litigated matters, including intentional tort, contract, employment and construction cases. He has also acted as lead counsel in various complex commercial matters and, more recently, in class-action litigation in wage and hour and toxic tort cases.

Mr. Chiasson holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bentley College and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1988. While in law school, he distinguished himself in trial advocacy and moot court competitions, including a Best Brief Award, and by earning the highest grade in his class in Lawyering Skills.
