Massachusetts Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section

The Massachusetts Bar Association, led by its current president, Attorney Douglas K. Sheff, is extremely proud to announce that its House of Delegates has unanimously voted to establish a Workers’ Compensation Section. This section is the first of its kind in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It will provide Workers’ Compensation lawyers the true representation at the MBA that they truly deserve. The work of MBA sections is led by its councils, made up of a chair, vice chair and members appointed by the MBA president. This group of hardworking and dedicated professionals will now have the opportunity to vote on all matters presented to the House, as well as develop education programs, monitor legislation, and participate in the development of legal publications and projects.

“This is truly a well deserved honor, reflective of decades of hard work by members of your Bar, on behalf of injured workers everywhere.” –Doug Sheff
