COVID-19 Update

During this outbreak, we at Sheff Law hope that all our friends and colleagues are well and staying as safe as possible. We want to inform you that Sheff Law is fully open for business. In accordance with current guidance, the Sheff Law team has adapted to working remotely. We continue to meet (virtually) with our clients, prosecute lawsuits, take depositions and resolve claims utilizing a variety of cutting-edge tools and technology.

We want to assure our clients and colleagues that we will continue to work diligently to maintain the same exemplary level of legal service we have provided to our clients for over six decades. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We would be pleased to provide updates, entertain new case enquiries and work with referring counsel.

Doug Sheff Named “Lawyer of the Year” by Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly

Boston attorney Doug Sheff accepts his Lawyer of the Year Award at a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly dinner.

Last month we had the honor of congratulating Doug Sheff as he received a Lawyer of the Year Award from The Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.  His work includes representing the family of the single fatality in the Columbia Gas Explosion cases as well as the family of the fatal shooting victim in the Aaron Hernandez case. Doug has demonstrated how dedication, diligence and determination can achieve just compensation for the most vulnerable among us from some the largest organizations and most powerful figures in our society.
